Grants of up to £100,000 are available to not-for profit organisations worldwide. Micro grants of up to £2,000 are also available to small, grassroots groups.
The ISPO Impact Fund is administered by the ISPO Impact Foundation and funded through an annual €1 million donation from ISPO, the international sports and outdoor trade fair
Objectives of Fund
The fund supports projects that protect and restore natural environments or increase inclusive participation in sport and outdoor recreation. Its objective is to create healthier ecosystems and more active, inclusive communities by supporting innovative projects with lasting social and environmental impact.
There are four funding levels available:
- Micro Donations (up to €2,000) support grassroots initiatives, such as community clubs, schools and local organisations, typically for one-off equipment purchases, transport, trips or venue hire.
- Seed Grants (up to €10,000) support early-stage projects or pilot initiatives.
- Momentum Grants (up to €30,000) support programmes that demonstrate clear impact and are ready to scale.
- Impact Grants (up to €100,000) support transformative initiatives with the potential for significant or global impact.

Applications are accepted from not-for-profit organisations, charities, clubs and community groups worldwide.
Small grassroots organisations may also be eligible for Micro Donations, even if they are not formally registered as non-profits.

Active participation and inclusive access (participation)
Projects that:
- Inspire and enable wider participation in outdoor recreation and sport across communities.
- Encourage sustained, long-term engagement in active and healthy lifestyles.
- Create and promote safe, welcoming and enjoyable environments for participation.
- Identify and remove barriers related to gender, ethnicity, ability, income, sexuality or background that limit access.
