Our membership is open to all voluntary and community organisations that provide services to people living in Kensington and Chelsea, with a small number of exceptions.

KCSC membership entitles your organisation to:

• Play a key role in a network that is passionate about the voluntary & community sector; dedicated to the communities we serve & shows a willingness to work together to make a positive impact across Kensington & Chelsea 
   
• Networking opportunities with over 400 voluntary and community sector (VCS) organisations in RBKC
   
• Access to our quarterly summits – focused on key themes from the sector
   
• Exclusive access to KCSC’s Health & Wellbeing events; with the opportunity to share organisational updates with the wider sector & promote your services
   
• Dedicated  one-to-one advice sessions with our organisational development team
   
• Access free specialist training opportunities; sourced based on need 
   
• Representation and advocacy in NHS, Public Health & Local Authority spaces 
   
• Have the power to vote in our Annual General Meeting to shape KCSC's future direction
   
• Access to regular mailings, which feature community and sector updates, funding opportunities and more.
   
• Feature your organisation's updates, opportunities and events on the KCSC Noticeboard and e-bulletin

Membership Criteria:

KCSC membership is open to organisations matching the criteria below:

1. Based and working in RBKC, or working in a larger area with a base and service users in RBKC 
2. Legal status
   1. Registered Charity
   2. Charitable Incorporated Organisations (CIO)
   3. Community Interest Company (CIC)
   4. Cooperative (excluding LTD companies)
   5. Residents Association
   6. Unincorporated Organisations 
3. Not one of the following
   1. No national organisations without a base in RBKC
   2. No institutions 
   3. No schools and religious organisations
4. Demonstrate a commitment to the values of KCSC
