Paid 1 year internship for young person with a learning disability (via Pursuing Independent Paths (PIP))

A new paid 12-month internship at the Kiln Theatre, designed specifically for young people with a learning disability, is open to applications until Monday 22 June.

This role is funded by the John Lyons Charity and delivered in partnership with Pursuing Independent Paths (PIP), a charity supporting people with learning disabilities.

✅ Eligibility criteria:

Applicants must:

  • Have a learning disability
  • Be aged 18–30
  • Live in one of the following London boroughs:
    Barnet, Brent, Camden, Ealing, Hammersmith & Fulham, Harrow, Kensington & Chelsea, City of London, or Westminster

🎭 About the role: The Production Intern position offers hands-on experience in theatre production, including:

  • Technical theatre (lighting and sound)
  • Understanding how productions are set up and run
  • Working within a professional theatre environment
