North Kensington Social Justice Archive Project

RBKC council has published a new archive of stories from the North Kensington area about campaigns for social justice and equality. 

Engagement sessions were led by UCL consultants last summer to develop this project. Further news about the project's next stages will be announced at a presentation on Tuesday 4 February 2025.

Report - Building Resilient Communities: The Case for Social Cohesion

This new report was produced by Protection Approaches with input from over 100 submissions in a call for evidence on good practice on social cohesion and community resilience. The report includes several case studies from community and faith organisations bringing people together, responding to shocks, crises, and chronic stresses.

LOTI: Invitation for London VCSEs to Design Solutions

The London Office of Technology and Innovation (LOTI) warmly invites VCSE organisations working directly with communities or in social care to their design sprints, aimed at bringing innovations to health and social care for Londoners. NHS Frailty Services Survey with Patient/Users

According to local health data, approximately 10-15% of the population aged 65 and above in north west London are living with moderate to severe frailty. This equates to roughly 160,000 individuals who require comprehensive and proactive care.

In order to proactively support the population, NHS North West London wish to make sure there is a high quality and equitable community frailty service across that is accessible for all residents aged over 18 and registered with a north west London GP practice.
