The Senior Membership & Development Manager will be responsible for managing and delivering Young K&C’s strategic support for member organisations (local voluntary organisations that work with children and young people in Kensington and Chelsea).
The aim of the role is to work with Young K&C members to develop their organisations to deliver best practice in work with children and young people.
The Senior Membership and Development Manager will be responsible for ensuring that Young K&C delivers high quality projects, training and capacity building support for members. This includes all aspects of managing projects and related personnel, as well as providing strategic advice and support for members.
Young K&C are looking for someone with experience of leadership and management in local children and youth services, organisational development and project management, with excellent understanding of Playwork, Youth work and/or Supplementary Education.

Contract: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Based in the Ladbroke Grove area, with a mix of in person and home working
