Neighbourhood Doulas are delighted to be starting a new term of our Perinatal Hub — a fully-funded antenatal course open to all pregnant residents. These sessions are trauma-informed and inclusive, giving participants the knowledge and confidence to navigate pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood.

The 5-Week Course Covers:
- Know Your Options – (Birth centre, labour ward, home birth, elective caesarean)
- Birth Should Not Be Fear Based – (Physiological birth and understanding induction)
- Know Your Rights – (Advocacy, consent, role play)
- Information & Decision Making – (Interventions, Information, decision making tools -(B.R.A.I.N.S)
- Confident Parenting & Postnatal Awareness – (Infant feeding, healing and recovery, newborn patterns & care, mental well-being etc.)
