Westminster and Kensington and Chelsea residents are being asked to register their interest in attending an online webinar where they will be looking at future service options for delivery of the new model of care for adult (18+) community-based specialist palliative care.
The new model of care has been co-designed over the last year by a working group of NW London residents, along with clinicians, NHS providers and charitable hospices with the ultimate goal of making sure there is improved access to high quality services.
They are now ready to look at what that means in practice and during the webinar the NHS will share the various service options that have been developed and ask for people’s feedback and answer questions. Attendees will also have the opportunity to put forward their own suggestions to be considered if they think we have missed or not thought of something.
Details of the service options will be published before the webinars so that attendees have the chance to look at and consider them before the meeting commences.
