Open to anyone caring for or supporting someone with mental health needs who lives in Kensington & Chelsea or Westminster. The Mental Health Carers' Peer Support Forum is next taking place at Pimlico Library on 16 July from 4pm to 6pm.
This is a co-produced group, created in partnership with a fantastic carer expert, who will also be co-facilitating the session.
North Kensington Recovery health programme of the NHS West and North London Integrated Care Board, and, Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service of the Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, are inviting the residents, to take part in the next Grenfell Health Information Updates (GHIU) meeting.

The Engaged Mindfulness Initiative are offering an 8 week Mindfulness Course starting on 11 September 2026 - 6 November 2026 at North Kensington Library.
The course will include the foundations of Mindfulness, guided meditation and home practices for finding steadiness in everyday life.

Many women describe feeling as though they have lost touch with who they are, their identity, their beliefs and self esteem after unheathly relationships. In this workshop we will reflect on your strengths, values and parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, silenced or hidden. This workshop will explore red flags, boundaries and relationship dynamics.

Move to health free inclusive dance workshop for 60 plus Grenfell residents.
