The groups are for women who live in Kensington and Chelsea. Women's Trust is providing a safe, confidential space to share experiences and receive support. 

The sessions are available in-person and online.

Open to anyone caring for or supporting someone with mental health needs who lives in Kensington & Chelsea or Westminster. The Mental Health Carers' Peer Support Forum is next taking place at Pimlico Library on 16 July from 4pm to 6pm

This is a co-produced group, created in partnership with a fantastic carer expert, who will also be co-facilitating the session.
