The Engaged Mindfulness Initiative are offering an 8 week Mindfulness Course starting on 11 September 2026 - 6 November 2026 at North Kensington Library. 

The course will include the foundations of Mindfulness, guided meditation and home practices for finding steadiness in everyday life.

They are offering two free introductory sessions -

Woman’s Trust are delighted to share information about upcoming FREE online workshops available to young women and girls aged 16-25yrs in London, who have experienced unhealthy relationships. 

Many women describe feeling as though they have lost touch with who they are, their identity, their beliefs and self esteem after unheathly relationships. In this workshop we will reflect on your strengths, values and parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, silenced or hidden. This workshop will explore red flags, boundaries and relationship dynamics.

Move to health free inclusive dance workshop for 60 plus Grenfell residents. 

Combine gentle exercise, culturally diverse dance forms and creative movement to improve strength, balance, co-ordination and cardiovascular health.

This is for all disabled adults in the borough, their carers/family and the carers/family of disabled children.
