Join iBlackbird Notting Hill Festival and expert Duke for a hands-on 'From Soil to Calabash: Growing Food, Sharing Culture' workshop about sweet potatoes, sustainable gardening and shared meals, in celebration of art, culture, and community, and iBlackbird Notting Hill Festival's new commitment to environment.

You will learn how to grow culturally significant foods, starting with sweet potatoes, while reconnecting with traditional knowledge and sustainable living practices.

They will be running two sessions on Friday 11 July 2025:

•    Get support using the NHS App
•    Join your local Patient Participation Group
•    Take part in interactive workshops

Carnival drop-in sessions for residents and businesses

These drop ins are focused sessions organised by RBKC with Notting Hill Carnival Ltd, especially for people that live and/or have a business in the area. 

They are an opportunity to have any questions answered and understand what's new for 2025, speak 1 to 1 with organisers, Notting Hill Carnival Ltd and partner agencies, the Met Police, Kensington and Chelsea Council and Westminster City Council. 

Wellness Wednesdays at Trimenco

Introducing Wellness Wednesdays, a weekly space for women to rest, reflect and connect. On 9 and 16 July there are free holistic wellbeing sessions in the morning and the evening. If you would like to book a space, please email [email protected]. Please note, spaces are very limited and fill up quickly.

There are sessions on meditation, breathwork, a playfulness workshop and movement & music.
