An online London Resilience Partner Winter Preparedness Webinar will be delivered by the UK Health Security Agency, Met Office, London Communities Emergency Partnership, Environment Agency and London Resilience Unit to assist practitioners with winter preparedness across London. Fight Forward CIC for the past four years have been using boxing to help women who've experienced domestic abuse rebuild their confidence, move their bodies and connect with other women.

Free weekly sessions are taking place every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm at The Power Hub, Ladbroke Grove. Sessions are non-contact, beginners are welcome and all equipment is provided. It's a safe, women-only space with trauma-informed coaches.

Nordoff and Robbins offers a music-centred therapeutic approach, which is entirely individualised and person-centred, differing from traditional talking therapies. 

LAMP Project

The new Life and Music Project (LAMP) is a free youth music therapy service focused on mental health and wellbeing. The project offers music therapy sessions for young people up to the age of 25 who are experiencing mental health challenges and/or are looking for ways to support their wellbeing.
