Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) online Training

CNWL is offering Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training, open to anyone living, working, or studying in the London boroughs of Brent, Kensington & Chelsea, Westminster, and Harrow.

This course teaches you how to identify, understand, and support someone experiencing mental health challenges, as well as how to support your own wellbeing and that of friends, family, or service users. Topics covered include Wellbeing, Anxiety, Depression, Psychosis, Eating Disorders, Self-Harm, Suicide Awareness, and Prevention.

Change4life are delighted to share with you details of their upcoming term of free Change4Life Clubs for local children and families in the borough of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster. 

Their summer clubs are a full day, five-week programme, open to any children (with accomplanying parent/carer), young person or expectant parent who lives, attends a state-funded school or children's centre, or is registered with a GP in Kensington and Chelsea or Westminster. 

Carnival drop-in sessions for residents and businesses

These drop ins are focused sessions organised by RBKC with Notting Hill Carnival Ltd, especially for people that live and/or have a business in the area. 

They are an opportunity to have any questions answered and understand what's new for 2025, speak 1 to 1 with organisers, Notting Hill Carnival Ltd and partner agencies, the Met Police, Kensington and Chelsea Council and Westminster City Council. 

Wellness Wednesdays at Trimenco

Introducing Wellness Wednesdays, a weekly space for women to rest, reflect and connect. On 9 and 16 July there are free holistic wellbeing sessions in the morning and the evening. There are sessions on meditation, breathwork, a playfulness workshop and movement & music.
