National Neighbourhood Health Implementation Programme - Collaborative Behaviours Assessment

The National Neighbourhood Health Implementation Programme (NNHIP) is asking people working in local Voluntary and Community Sector services—whether you're a senior leader or frontline worker—to complete a short survey about how we work together with NHS and the Local Council in our wider health system.

This will help build a clear picture of how collaboration is going across Kensington, Chelsea, and Westminster, and how it changes over time. The survey will be repeated in 12 and 24 months to track progress.

It takes around 10–15 minutes, and your answers are confidential. No one will be identified. NNHIP is looking for honest feedback—not perfect answers. The more open you are, the more useful this will be in helping local leaders understand where support is most needed.

Complete the Collaborative Behaviours Assessment – Our Place is listed as ‘Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster’

In advance of completing the assessment, it may be worth reflecting on the following:

  • What is one thing you personally do that helps collaboration?
  • What is one thing you personally could do better in relation to collaborative working?
  • What is one thing the Place group does well to enable collaboration?
  • What is one thing the Place group could do better in relation to collaborative working?
  • Is there anything else about you’d like to tell us about current ways of working within your Place?

Please complete the assessment by Friday 31 October and cascade to your teams and encourage them to complete it as well.
