The objective of the AS DEVELOPMENT is to create power for Arabic Speakers to enjoy creative life.
We provide opportunities in UK and abroad (Philippines, Lithuania, India, Rwanda) for young adults (20 - 35) to volunteer for one year in broadly educational projects alongside Assumption Sisters and we support up to 10 volunteers each year. Crossing cultures, an exchange of skills and personal growth are important values.
To empower Christians everywhere to be a counter force of love and peace to the intolerance and aggression that now prevail in so many of our communities, and to build understanding between the faiths.

The Baraka Community Association is set up Primarily to advance the welfare of asylum-seeker and refugee immigrant communities, mainly of Somalian origin but also including other vulnerable recently arrived/settled ethnic minority communities in London, concentrating particularly on those who live in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea; in the City of Westminster; in the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham and in the London Borough of Brent. A rough translation of Baraka might be 'good luck'.
