What is the K&C Together Programme (K&CT)?
K&CT aims to nurture a local voluntary and community sector that designs and delivers services with and for local communities. It supports charities, social enterprises and community organisations to operate in a representative, inclusive and participatory manner.

Community Involvement
Workshops and support for organisations that value lived experience expertise.
Practice review
Receive feedback and tailored support to enhance your user involvement practices and/or policies, or get expert guidance to establish new ones.
Workshops to develop co-production and facilitation skills
Bespoke training for staff, volunteers and/or service users, to help everyone contribute and participate fully within group sessions. Example topics include listening skills, critical and strategic thinking, and consensus decision-making.
Foundational VCS knowledge for aspiring volunteers, staff and board members
Sessions introducing service users and community members to the voluntary and community sector, the roles and responsibilities of boards and trustees, and other useful insights for would-be changemakers.
