Deadline
Grants of up to £50,000 over two years are available to non-profit organisations operating in North West London.
Eligible organisations must:
- Be formally constituted
- Have a Board of Trustees
- Have an annual operating income not greater than £500,000
- Have at least two years of published accounts
The programme now has one focus area: preventing and/or reducing specific health conditions.
The types of projects supported include:
- Encouraging a healthy diet and taking regular exercise
- Providing support and information on how/where to access screening (tests) services, and medical treatment for illnesses described above. Information could be, e.g., leaflets in relevant languages
- Reducing alcohol intake
- Reducing isolation
Smoking cessation
Funding requests can be for:
- Minimum £5,000, maximum £50,000
- Projects lasting a minimum12 months, and up to 24 months (to include set-up and evaluation periods)
- Projects that directly support and impact northwest London residents
- New or continuing projects
Funding requests can include project team salaries and overheads directly related to the delivery of the project.
