Arnold Clark Community Fund

Grants of up to £2,500 are available to UK charities, community and voluntary organisations and CICs whose work directly supports those most affected by the cost-of-living crisis.

Who can apply:

Organisations can apply if their work falls into one of the following categories: foodbank, accommodation, poverty relief and where communities in the UK are the primary focus. The organisations must operate only in the UK and must be located within 50 miles of an Arnold Clark branch.

The aim is to distribute funding equally. If funding has already been given to a significant number of organisations in your area, this may impact on your application.

Most organisations are eligible to apply and applications are particularly welcome from smaller voluntary and community organisations who are working with those most affected by and vulnerable to the increased cost of living.

The following grants are available:

  • Community grants up to £1,000
  • Cost of living grants up to £2,500

The following organisations are eligible to apply for funding:

  • UK-registered charities
  • Local community groups
  • Social enterprises
  • Community interest companies
  • Groups of organisations that are community or voluntary-led.
  • Charitable incorporated organisations

Organisations must have a bank account set up in the organisation’s name before submitting an application to the Arnold Clark Community Fund.

How to apply:

Applications are accepted on a rolling monthly basis, but may be paused due to high demand. Because of this, early applications are recommended.
