Stay Well This Winter campaign resources


The "First Signs" phase of the Stay Well This Winter campaign launches today and will run until 11th December 2016. This phase will prompt all those aged 65 years and over or people with long-term health conditions and their carers, family and friends to take specific actions to stay well over the winter, including seeking advice from a pharmacist at the first signs of illness and having the flu jab.

National Stress Awareness guidance


This year's theme for the National Stress Awareness Day on 2 November was “Workforce Wellness - Your Prime Investment".
