Launch of a new Older People's Providers Network

KCSC is launching a new Older People Provider's Network for local voluntary organisations and community groups consisting of or providing services for older people (aged 50 plus).

The goals of the network will be to help providers share experiences, to promote a better understanding of the development of the health and wellbeing agenda and its impact on the voluntary sector and to explore initiatives that might lead to joint bidding for funding and contracts. This new network will be a self led forum for local providers working with older people.

'Family Friends' charity provide DBS checks to organisations within North Kensington wards

Family Friends, a charity organisation in The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and as an Umbrella Body Service (UB) they provide DBS checks on behalf of other organisations at 73 St Charles Square, London W10 6EJ. They would now like to extend this service to other organisations within the wards of North Kensington: Dalgarno, Golborne, Notting Dale, Colville, Norland and Pembridge.

New Plans for Health & Social Care Report from Healthwatch

NHS England has told local NHS Organisations to develop new plans for their local area. These plans are called Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs).

New crowdfunding initiative to tackle poverty and inequality in London
