Get Set Go! Youth Employability works with young people from 16–25 years with mental health needs.

Over 12 sessions, we work with individuals to:
Explore education and employment goals and personal goals and ambitions
Plan and progress steps towards achieving them
Develop personal strategies for mental health and wellbeing, confidence building and resilience building
Employment support for young people aged 16-25 in Kensington and Chelsea.

Support to access a wide range of creative, educational and employment support to progress goals and ambitions
Multi agency collaboration to support people’s mental health needs
Outcomes

By the end of the programme, individuals will have:
Identified their education or employment-related needs and ambitions
Developed a plan and taken first steps to achieving their goals
Acquired knowledge of key employment and interpersonal skills
Developed personally defined ways of supporting their health and wellbeing
Increased their motivation and resilience
Increased their confidence in maintaining their mental health recovery
Built community support networks to facilitate new goals and opportunities

Cost
The supported and training programme is funded by RBK&C Children and Youth Services and is free to people who meet the eligibility criteria.

Individuals can provide feedback in a number of ways to help us evaluate, monitor and develop the service:

Giving your ideas to develop the training programme
One-to-one meetings
Pre and post evaluations and quarterly surveys
