Walk+Talk began at a community centre in East London with the goal of older adults (50's -80's) socialising through physical activity. Our classes are now online via Zoom.
Our sessions are 90 minutes and include socialising, mindfulness, 30-minutes of exercise, and a discussion about a health topic such as nutrition, sleep, or stress. The classes are led by a personal trainer, nutritionist, and strength coach who specialise in working with older adults.
Due to the social prescribing nature of our course and community interest of our company, we offer a free 6-week trial to anyone who would benefit from our programme.
