We could support your request for ' we want to collect intelligence about the type of support services that can be provided' we could be keen to capture the gaps, how people are being supported with their health and social care and collate / escalate issues . Whilst a small team, we have an engagement lead for Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea and Hammersmith and Fulham.
