Tai Chi is an excellent form of physical activity. It is a combination of physical yoga and meditation, helping improve posture and strength. We run two Tai Chi classes every Sunday at the Soho Centre for Health and Care (1 Frith Street, London W1D 3QS). Class 1: 12:15pm - 1:15pm. Class 2: 1:20pm - 2:20pm. There is a charge of £4 per session.
