Michael delivers specialist advice and support to voluntary and community sector organisations delivering health and wellbeing services, ensuring they have the right policies, procedures and systems in place to meet various required standards and regulations. He also provides organisational development support and carries out quality assurance to ensure VCS organisations are well positioned to undertake NHS contracts, attract external funding and operate sustainably long term, as well as supporting KCSC’s own internal compliance processes.
