Fit For Life Youth are looking for someone with:

• Passion and experience of working with young people.
• Experience of leading and working as part of a team.
• The skills to listen to and act on the views of young people.
• Skilled in partnership building and community engagement.

Responsibilities include:

• Directing and delivering a varied programme of youth activities.
• Representing Fit for Life Youth at partnership meetings.
• Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, health and safety and organisational policies.
• Monitoring and reporting on service impact.
