This is a free, trauma informed, community event designed to reduce isolation, support winter wellbeing, and create a warm, dignified space for elderly and vulnerable residents.
On the day, attendees can enjoy:
• Health screenings
• Wellness & relaxation (guided breathing, soft music, aromatherapy)
• Pampering (haircuts, hand massages, manicures)
• Creative arts & crafts (mosaic, Christmas décor, children’s craft corner)
• Winter support & advice (W11 Energy Advice, Nucleus, and more)
• Marketplace & community stalls (Upcycling clothes, alterations & repairs, plant pots etc)
• A hot lunch and refreshments
• Friendly support from trained staff and volunteers
Warm Winter Packs will also be provided on the day, which may include hats, gloves, and a few extra goodies for residents to take home and stay warm this winter.
In addition, local young people will be invited to volunteer to support residents accessing activities, offering friendly conversation, and helping build intergenerational connection throughout the event.
