Transformation Lead

Sobus are looking for an experienced Transformation Lead for this fixed term contract role, based on hybrid working.

Requirements for the role are: 

• Significant senior leadership and change management experience
• A proven track record of organisational transformation
• Strong strategic, financial and stakeholder management skills
• Experience developing sustainable business and operating models
• The ability to lead confidently through change and and uncertainty
