The CNWL Recovery & Wellbeing College has launched its Autumn 2026 programme, offering a range of free courses to support mental health, wellbeing, recovery, and personal development.

Courses are open to anyone who lives, works, or studies in the following CNWL boroughs:

New learners must register with the Recovery & Wellbeing College to obtain a student number before booking courses
