Please note this role will be working across Kensington, Chelsea and Westminster so will need to be based local to these areas and willing to travel regularly throughout the week.
Reed Wellbeing is a public services provider that aims to support people in making sustainable lifestyle changes to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. Since 2015, they have been delivering a range of evidence-based, person centred interventions and services, including: NHS Health Checks, Smoking Cessation, Weight Management and Type 2 Diabetes Prevention and Treatment.
Their One You service helps its local residents live healthier lives and reduce their chances of developing serious illnesses. Support includes guidance on moving more, being tobacco free, eating well, drinking less, and losing weight.
What is the role about?
The Partnership Manager is responsible for proactively identifying and building relationships with relevant local health services and stakeholders such as local Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), GP Practice Managers and Midwives to source participant referrals for the One You contract. They will also directly engage with local communities within the service delivery area to enhance self-referrals and play a key role in the design and delivery of promotional events.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Taking Ownership
Scheduling and attending meetings with external stakeholders from a wide range of local organisations e.g. GP Practices, mental health services, and primary care to promote an awareness and understanding of our preventative health services.
Working Together
Working closely with internal stakeholders such as Health & Wellbeing Coach Managers and Marketing to effectively promote Reed Wellbeing services.
Co-ordinating a small team of Outreach Coordinators to support the delivery of promotional events and services.
Being Fair, Open, and Honest
Maintaining regular face-to-face and telephone contact with stakeholders, acting as the key point of contact and responding to queries
