Pursuing Independent Paths is recruiting a Fruitful Café Team Member to help grow the Fruitful Café as a valued community hub and a leading training employer for adults with learning disabilities in London.

About the role:

• Support adults with learning disabilities to develop workplace skills and confidence.
• Assist with the day-to-day running of the café.
• Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
• Work alongside the Fruitful Café Project Manager, Development Worker and café team.
• Support up to four trainees per day as they gain paid hospitality work experience.
• Help serve approximately 50 customers daily.
