Spring Women & Girls Fitness Classes at Our Power Hub

Our Power Hub have launched their Spring timetable of GPF funded fitness classes for women and girls : 

All sessions take place at:
📍 11 Canalside House, 383 Ladbroke Grove, London W10 5AA

👟 Step Aerobics
Tuesdays 9:30am to 10:30am
A high energy cardio class using simple step routines to boost fitness and tone legs and glutes.

🧘‍♀️ Female Yoga
Tuesdays 11:30am to 12:30pm
A calm, supportive space focused on strength, mobility and relaxation.
£5 optional contribution.

🌿 Senior Fitness
Wednesdays 11am to 12pm
Low impact exercises to improve balance, flexibility and strength.
Perfect for staying active and independent at any age.

💚 Girls Fitness (Ages 11 to 18)
Wednesdays 5pm to 6pm
Fun, supportive workouts designed especially for girls, building confidence, strength and healthy habits in a positive environment.

🥊 Female Boxing
Sundays 10:30am to 11:30am
Build strength, confidence and technique in a supportive, women led environment.

These sessions are a great way to stay active, connect with others and focus on your wellbeing in a supportive community space.
