Nordoff and Robbins offers a music-centred therapeutic approach, which is entirely individualised and person-centred, differing from traditional talking therapies. 

LAMP Project

The new Life and Music Project (LAMP) is a free youth music therapy service focused on mental health and wellbeing. The project offers music therapy sessions for young people up to the age of 25 who are experiencing mental health challenges and/or are looking for ways to support their wellbeing.

Harmony in the Hall

This is a free drop-in music group for adults aged 18 and over, which will be held on Mondays from 12:00 to 1:30 pm. Participants will help shape the group through their ideas and musical interests, making music together in a relaxed and supportive space.

Individual Sessions

For individual sessions, offer up to 12 music therapy sessions over 12 weeks or longer. Sessions last 30 minutes and take place on Mondays in time slots between 10:00 and 11:15 am.
