If joint, bone or muscle pain makes it hard to find a job or even think about your next step, Muscular Skeletal (MSK) Trailblazer is here for you.
The MSK Trailblazer programme offers residents in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) six months of free, personalized health and employment support if they are unemployed and living with a bone, joint, or muscle condition.
Delivered by Shaw Trust alongside local partners, it aims to help people manage pain and return to work.
Core Support Services
- One-to-One Job Coaching: Personalized guidance to build skills and find sustainable work that accommodates health needs.
- Physiotherapy Access: Professional physical therapy to help diagnose, treat, and manage musculoskeletal pain.
- Free Gym Membership: Community-based fitness access to encourage safe movement and active condition management.
- Holistic Guidance: Combined health and employment coordination to bridge the gap between medical needs and the job market
Anyone who is currently unemployed is welcome, whatever their circumstances we will be able to discuss their options on the day and get them some additional support.
