The MSK Trailblazer programme offers residents in the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) six months of free, personalized health and employment support if they are unemployed and living with a bone, joint, or muscle condition.
Delivered by Shaw Trust alongside local partners, it aims to help people manage pain and return to work.
Anyone who is currently unemployed is welcome, whatever their circumstances we will be able to discuss their options on the day and get them some additional support.
