Launch of the new London Resilient Communities programme

You’re invited to the programme’s online launch event on Thursday 25 September 10–11am.

Speaking at the event will be Professor Lucy Easthope who is the UK’s leading authority on recovering from disasters. Lucy works with communities after major tragedies both here in the UK as well as internationally. She has been advisor on nearly every major disaster of the past two decades. Lucy featured on BBC Radio 4's Desert Island Discs in June this year.

Programme Information

London Resilient Communities is a programme designed to empower communities and strengthen resilience across London. The programme will build on the first ever London Community Resilience Toolkit and pilot project exploring the development of Community Resilience Hubs.
