This voluntary survey is part of a project to better understand the health, wellbeing, and everyday experiences of LGBTQIA+ people in Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster.
It is being carried out as part of a Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) - a process used by local councils and health partners to plan and improve services based on what local communities need.
By taking part, you’ll help highlight what is working well, where there may be gaps, and how support for LGBTQIA+ people can be improved.
The survey is being carried out by SMSR Ltd. on behalf of Kensington and Chelsea Council and Westminster City Council.
This survey is for people aged 18 and over who live, work, study, or access services in Kensington and Chelsea or Westminster.

Closes on 29 March.
