As part of CNWL's Community Month, the Kensington and Chelsea Community Collaboration Team are hosting a K&C Community Mental Health Hub Meet and Greet Event on Thursday 12 November, from 2pm to 4pm at Hathaway House, 7F Woodfield Road, London W9 2BA.
The event will bring together service users, carers, community organisations, VCSE partners and mental health services to strengthen local connections, share information and explore opportunities for collaboration.
Participating organisations will be invited to give a brief introduction (up to 5 minutes) about their work, who they support and how people can access their services. You would also be very welcome to bring any information materials you would like to share with attendees.
