If you live or work in the North Kensington area and are affected by the Grenfell Tower fire, then you are eligible for a free Enhanced Health Check.
The Grenfell Enhanced Health Checks (GEHC) are available each year and include an initial in person appointment to undertake a range of checks and tests that will be provided by a health care professional including Breathing checks, Mental health & wellbeing checks, Physical health checks and Blood tests.
You can book a Grenfell Enhanced Health Check at your GP Practice or at a community venue - call 07768 271 733 to speak to Matan (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm).
