Trust Links is an independent charity with more than 25 years of experience in therapeutic gardening and mental health support. The organisation was founded in 2000 to respond to the social and emotional needs of people with mental health issues, and it has grown into a respected provider of therapeutic gardening, recovery classes, social activities, and community-based wellbeing projects across Essex.

The Let’s Grow Together course from Trust Links is designed to support organisations and community groups to develop their own therapeutic gardening projects. Drawing on the charity’s successful Growing Together model, the course offers practical training in areas such as project planning, fundraising, garden design, and working with staff and volunteers. Participants benefit from expert-led sessions, peer learning, and ongoing support, helping them build the confidence, skills, and networks needed to create sustainable, wellbeing-focused green spaces in their own communities.

Their taster webinar on 1 July looks at Garden Design and Funding.  The session will share tips and ideas on the topics that are covered in more detail on the course they will also give an overview of the full Let’s Grow Together course and costs.
