Pursuing Independent Paths (PIP) is recruiting a Fruitful Café Team Member to help grow the Fruitful Café as a valued community hub and a leading training employer for adults with learning disabilities in London.
About the role:
- Support adults with learning disabilities to develop workplace skills and confidence.
- Assist with the day-to-day running of the café.
- Deliver excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment.
- Work alongside the Fruitful Café Project Manager, Development Worker and café team.
- Support up to four trainees per day as they gain paid hospitality work experience.
- Help serve approximately 50 customers daily.
