These short sessions will introduce the available roles, weekly commitment, and onboarding process.
Volunteer roles available:
- Mealtime Ward Helpers
- Outpatients (OPD) Volunteers supporting appointment reminder calls
For volunteers who:
- Have life experience and can manage patient situations independently
- Are 30+ or retired (not students or those seeking work experience)
- Can commit to at least 6 months
- Live within 30–45 minutes of the hospital
- Understand that no expenses are paid
- Are not currently job-seeking within the Trust
