Woman’s Trust are delighted to share information about upcoming FREE online workshops available to young women and girls aged 16-25yrs in London, who have experienced unhealthy relationships.

Many women describe feeling as though they have lost touch with who they are, their identity, their beliefs and self esteem after unheathly relationships. In this workshop we will reflect on your strengths, values and parts of yourself that may have been overlooked, silenced or hidden. This workshop will explore red flags, boundaries and relationship dynamics.
