It aims to increase their independence, abilities, and freedom to thrive while reducing unemployment, mental health issues, crime rates, and homelessness. The mentoring pack facilitates the matching of mentors and mentees based on skills and experience, offering resources and guidelines to ensure a productive and impactful mentoring relationship.
