West and North London Integrated Care Board are inviting VCSE colleagues to an online workshop to help the board better understand the experiences of local residents.
The workshop will take place on Wednesday 12 August 10am-12pm online.
The workshop will be aimed at Healthwatch and voluntary sector partners.
The Integrated Care Board responsible for making sure that people have the right support available from the NHS in their area. They are looking to make it easier for residents to share your feedback and ideas about the NHS so that the ICB can make improvements that will help people get fairer care and have better experiences.
Better decisions happen when people are involved and the ideas shared will help improve how the ICB listen to, involve and act on feedback on the care the NHS provides in west and north London.
