We are sharing information about two resources connected to Clinks, which is the national infrastructure body supporting voluntary organisations working in the criminal justice system in England and Wales.
Firstly, their State of the Sector survey aims to build a picture of the experiences, challenges, and successes of the voluntary sector working alongside people in the criminal justice system. Organisations involved in criminal justice at any level are invited to contribute to the survey, which will provide evidence for Clinks to use to advocate for the sector.
Clinks CEO Anne Fox has written more about the importance of this work here.
The survey is open now and closes on Friday 7 November 2025, Clinks want to hear from organisations in every region of England and Wales.
Additionally, Clinks are running two practical workshops on supporting people in the criminal justice system:
- Navigating the criminal justice system – Thursday 16 October
- Working and volunteering in prisons – Wednesday 22 October
