The Change4Life Health Promotion Outreach Service is offering free, engaging educational workshops for children and families in community settings across Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster.

Workshops are designed to help families build healthier lifestyles in a fun, practical, and supportive way. Led by experienced health promotion professionals, each session can be customised to meet the specific needs and interests of your group, covering key topics such as:

Free Physical Activity Training

Change4Life offers a range of free training sessions for staff working in schools, early years settings, and community organisations. These sessions provide practical strategies to support children’s physical development, encourage active lifestyles, and build confidence in delivering engaging, inclusive movement opportunities.

Active Play (5–11 years) 
Tuesday 24 March

This training supports staff working in schools and community settings to deliver and oversee a range of active play opportunities for children aged five to eleven. Participants will learn about the UK physical activity guidelines, the importance of physically active play, and practical ways to support physical development, organise environments and activities spaces, and use resources that keep children enjoying moving.
