The Breath & Beat project is a wellbeing journey for women of the Global Majority aged 50 and over. The 24-week community-led initiative is all about celebrating health, vitality, and community. It’s a fantastic opportunity to strengthen your heart and lungs, learn how to live and eat well, and enjoy a space designed especially for you. 

This programme blends physical activity, health education, and culturally sensitive cooking sessions to support individuals at risk of or living with heart or lung conditions such as COPD, hypertension or asthma.

Consisting of weekly 90 minute sessions and led by a qualified Clinical Exercise Specialist, this Heart & Lung Health Programme combines safe, supportive exercise with easy-to-follow health education.
