The Breath & Beat project is a wellbeing journey for women of the Global Majority aged 50 and over. The 24-week community-led initiative is all about celebrating health, vitality, and community. It’s a fantastic opportunity to strengthen your heart and lungs, learn how to live and eat well, and enjoy a space designed especially for you. 

Consisting of weekly 90 minute sessions and led by a qualified Clinical Exercise Specialist, this Heart & Lung Health Programme combines safe, supportive exercise with easy-to-follow health education and culturally relevant cooking sessions.
