Submitted by Duncan Cordy on

This event on 30 January aims to raise awareness, provide useful information, and support individuals living with or at risk of high blood pressure and other long-term conditions.

Adults under 65 living in North-West London with a diagnosis of high-blood pressure, or a family history of high-blood pressure are invited to attend.

Attendees can expect a clear introduction to the new NHS Long-Term Condition Prevention Programme, practical tips on managing blood pressure and reducing future health risks, and a chance to ask questions and share views in a relaxed environment.

All attendees will receive a £20 voucher as a thank-you for their time and participation.
