Bi-Borough Wide Meeting for Mental Health

Submitted by atiya raja on

St Mary Abbots Rehabilitation and Training (SMART) are hosting The Bi-Borough Wide Meeting - a community event for residents of Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster, focused on wellbeing, connection, and local services.

Every October, World Mental Day marks a reminder of the importance of mental health and the need for accessible support. This year's theme - Access to services in emergencies - shines a light on the importance of ensuring mental health support is available to everyone, especially during times of crisis.

This meeting is an important opportunity for residents to come together, ask questions, share their views, and hear updates about the services that matter to them.

The day will include:

  • Wellbeing activities to enjoy throughout the day
  • Informative stalls showcasing local services and support
  • Free healthy lunch (Served at 12:30pm)
  • Panel discussion with an Q and A (3pm) plus a prize draw for the best question asked!
