Association of Chairs are pleased to offer monthly face-to-face peer support sessions in London, designed to offer you support and help you build a network of Chairs you can call on for ideas, and encouragement.
This month the session will be chaired by the co-chairs of Board Racial Diversity UK, Lena Bheeroo and Dalton Leong. Case study theme: Co-chairs of a new charity come together for the first time, needing to not only build their board, but also develop a strategy for a sustainable future. With their inspirational founder stepping away, how do they keep momentum? What if funding runs out? When does succession planning start?
