The 'What is a CVS' video is a collaborative effort involving a working group associated with the CVS Directors Network and a student from London College of Communications, where London Plus is an integral part.
The concept for this project was born out of a recognition that CVSs undertake a multitude of functions, yet articulating what a CVS entails can be quite challenging.
