Carrie has over 14 years' experience leading teams across the charity and health sectors and some of you may know her from when she worked in the borough (2015 – 2020), running the Volunteer Centre’s corporate engagement programme & implementing the organisations communications strategy. From 2016 Carrie managed the Notting Dale Community Champions programme throughout the time of the Grenfell Tower fire and supported the community during that period before moving to the local NHS, & later to Tower Hamlets Public Health team during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Most recently Carrie has been a consultant supporting public & third sector organisations with strategy development & facilitating away days to support team building, organisational culture and developing communications, engagement and co-production plans.
The Board very much looks forward to working with Carrie over the coming months.
On behalf of the KCSC Board,
Shelina Thawer, PhD
Chair
