Description: We achieve our aims through tailored workshops on stress management, CV writing, and employability, advice sessions, one-to-one therapy sessions, group therapy sessions, art therapy, and much more. These workshops, classes, and support sessions contribute to the mental and emotional well-being of Black Asian Minority Ethnic and Refugee women in the area and work to empower them to lead independent lives.
