Description: This service provides mental health support for African and Caribbean clients, aged over 18, who have a severe and/or enduring mental health needs and living in Westminster and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
The overall aim of the service is promoting recovery, social inclusion, and reducing dependence on mental health services. This includes a strong focus on helping service users to maximise their independence and wellbeing and to access employment, training, and other mainstream activities.
