    Westminster City Council (WCC) and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea (RBKC) are designing a new, innovative service to promote health and wellbeing amongst families within these boroughs.

    Grants of up to £5,000 are available to fund work with residents of Westminster and/or the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The grants will support work that tackles the effects of loneliness and helps to build social connections for those who are most in need.

    Grants of up to £50,000 are available to support charities and social enterprises to develop or grow their enterprising activity and earned income. Organisations must be operating in the following fields of homelessness or youth services.

    This is a pilot scheme will run for one year and has a total fund of £1.85 million.

    Grants of up to £50,000 are available to increase the availability of sustainable, mental-health peer support delivered for and by women experiencing multiple disadvantage within communities and are frequently under-represented in services. The total amount applied for is expected to be less than 25% of the applying organisation's annual turnover.

    Grants of up to £5,000 are available to transform open spaces and re-connect people with nature, provide training, create jobs, and reduce energy use and waste. The aim of the fund is to support projects where all local people can participate in greening their neighbourhoods for everyone to enjoy.

    NHS England will be awarding grants of up to £2,500 to a number of projects that showcase good practice around patient and citizen involvement in healthcare. Your application will need to explain how you have involved patients and citizens in a healthcare project, and how you plan to use the grant to share and showcase your work in a creative way.
